Nitin has honed his skills through distinguished roles at Central Government, renowned MNC’s & Domestic organizations i.e. CDSCO (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare), Sanofi, Glenmark, Abbott Etc.
He is proficient leader in Business strategy integration with Regulatory Affairs, Stakeholder Management & Regulatory Intelligence, Policy Advocacy & Due diligence, Successful representation to various government authorities etc
He is driven by competitions & challenges and has a proactive approach to deal with key regulatory agencies including the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Science & Technology, National Institute of Biological, Department of Biotechnology, Central Drugs Laboratory, Indian pharmacopoeia commission (IPC), DSIR among others.
Nitin is B.Pharma & holding PG Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from Jammia Hamdard University, Delhi.
Raj Kumar Singla is a renowned name in Pharma Industry with 42+ years of experience in Drugs, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Homeopathic Medicines, and Food Regulatory Affairs. He has held key positions, including State Drugs Controller-cum-Joint Commissioner at FDA Haryana, where he served for over 33 years. Post-retirement in 2017, he worked as General Manager at Haryana Medical Services Corporation Ltd (A Haryana Government Undertaking). His expertise spans licensing, audits, and quality compliance under Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Drug Price Control Order (DPCO), Essential Commodities Act, Drugs & Magic Remedies Act, Poison Act and delt various court cases at District & State level for related regulations.
Academically, he holds an M.Pharm in 1982 and B.Pharm in 1980 from “Department of Pharmaceutical science” Punjab University, Chandigarh.
